These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tvb99. By accessing or using the tvb99 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out herein. 1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with any supplementary documents expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and tvb99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
2 Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to tvb99 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:
- You are at least 18 years of age. tvb99 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling.
- You are accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You are acting as a private individual and not as a professional, commercial, or business entity placing bets on behalf of third parties.
- You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of tvb99 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from tvb99 or had your tvb99 account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
Where tvb99 determines, at any point, that a registered account holder is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately and permanently suspended, all deposits will be returned (less any transaction fees incurred), and all winnings generated from that account will be forfeited. tvb99 may also report such cases to the relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
3 Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Requirements
To use the full range of tvb99 services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.
tvb99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for that decision.
3.2 One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active tvb99 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected:
- All duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended.
- Any bonuses or promotional winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.
- The primary account may also be suspended pending investigation.
- tvb99 reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts and retain any balances where fraud is determined to have occurred.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tvb99 account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. tvb99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must:
- Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
- Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
- Notify tvb99 Support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
tvb99 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted via your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified tvb99 of a security breach.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
tvb99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to players in Bangladesh:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported domestic banks
All transactions on tvb99 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made via supported Bangladesh payment channels. tvb99 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.2 Deposit Conditions
The following conditions apply to all deposits made on tvb99:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and account verification status.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your tvb99 account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
- tvb99 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider, mobile network, or banking institution.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals from your tvb99 account are subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the tvb99 account holder.
- Before a withdrawal can be processed, tvb99 may require identity verification documents including a valid NID card, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.
- tvb99 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification or investigation of suspicious activity.
- Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
- tvb99 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Conditions
tvb99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

- Only one active bonus may be held per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses credited to a tvb99 account are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the total bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before a withdrawal is permitted. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
tvb99 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional terms, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine engagement, and using third-party software to systematically exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, tvb99 reserves the right to void all bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the relevant account.
6 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
6.1 Fair Play Commitment
All games available on tvb99 are sourced from internationally certified providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently audited to ensure genuinely random and fair outcomes. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term payout rate and are verifiable via the relevant game provider. tvb99 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner beyond the published game mathematics.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tvb99 platform. Engaging in any of the following actions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:
- Cheating and Collusion: Collaborating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets to exploit payout structures.
- Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features.
- Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical glitch, error in game software, or pricing error in the sportsbook. tvb99 reserves the right to void all bets placed during a demonstrable software error.
- Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or verification, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment details to fund an account.
- Money Laundering: Using tvb99 as a mechanism to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider while retaining the benefit of funds already used on the platform.
6.3 Bet Integrity
tvb99 reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a pricing error, data feed failure, or system fault, irrespective of whether the bet has been accepted and the event has concluded. Where a bet is voided under this provision, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
7 Responsible Gaming
tvb99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to all players seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, tvb99 urges you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within your account or to contact our support team immediately.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered tvb99 players at no charge:

8 Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party service failures, telecommunications outages, or events beyond tvb99's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. tvb99 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.
8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tvb99 excludes all liability for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of the tvb99 platform.
- Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, whether caused by tvb99's negligence or otherwise.
- Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content published on the tvb99 platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or match previews.
- Any technical failure, data corruption, or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to comply with account security obligations.
8.3 Maximum Liability Cap
Where tvb99 is found liable to you for any reason, tvb99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your tvb99 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.4 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to offshore gaming operators in the jurisdiction in which tvb99 is registered. In the event of a dispute between you and tvb99, you agree to first contact tvb99 Support and allow a period of thirty (30) days for the matter to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed provision.
